Great reminders! Not only for what's suggested for after the workouts or training sessions, but wipping down the stations and equipment after usage is just gym etiquette. Also too, showering after the gym should be a must. Thank you guys for the video!

I have been doing all those things for yrs. I do take creatine pre-workout. I'll try it post workout. As for stretching, I've found that doing active isolate stretching after each set for about 10-15 sec has greatly reduced DOMS, reduced injury due to muscle awareness of range of motion under tension, and increased blood flow into the muscle which accelerates muscle oxygenation. Solid video. Thanks.

If your muscles are saturated with creatine, how does it matter when you take it? It’s available in the muscles if you are loaded properly.

Thanks guys. So when is the best time to take creatine? Before or after a workout? Or does it make any difference at all? I'd like to take a whey shake with creatine before and a nice big meal like rice, chicken and vegetables after the workout.
