Over 50s ALL LEVELS FAT BURNING Full Body HIIT Weights Workout - Welcome to my over 50s full body hiit workout. This weights workout is going to be slightly different. Today we are only using one weight. We will have 10 exercises for 2 rounds we will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest.

This over 50s hiit workout will also include a warm up with cool down stretches.

I really liked this routine! Good workout without being overly stenuous. Could you make a version of this adding exercises for chest, hamstrings, calves, and forearms? I added these when I did this routine. Thanks!
