The oil and dressings are the hardest for me. They help me eat the healthy stuff I’m supposed to eat! I cut out alcohol and sodas and I lift weights regularly 3-5 X a week, and make sure I eat a fuck load of protein. I just need to lose 40 more pounds!😅😅😅
