Yes!!! This is the video I was looking for to prepare for extended hangings. My fingers tend to give up in strength at about 15-20 seconds. I'm sure this'll help.
Thank you!!! 😊

As some other comments have said these warm ups are like good workouts on their own.
I'm recovering and arthritis in joints so I don't want to jump in and overdo it when beginning. I've always had weak wrists and always wanted to do hand stands. Could do them when I was younger but it was painful on the wrists fairly quickly.
Over thirty years later I'm really keen on making the best of my body.
I had to watch this several times to count how many exercises there were so when counting the reps to know what time to allocate for a whole practice ... I'm sure there were 13.
Now, I did watch one the other day on "don'ts", and it was don't spend a lot of time doing all the new exercises you see on YouTube! But these all seem important exercises.
So much to do ~ yes it can be a bit overwhelming. I would like to integrate these into a routine along with other stretches in the morning.
I can't really do the handstands until I've lost a bit of weight anyway so just have to go at my own pace.
I have notifications for this channel and the output of content daily is massive. I know they are short but they are absolutely packed with clear information, nothing excess, but even so they take editing and cleary take time with all the camera angles. So much work, so much appreciated though. Thank you so much for your dedication 😊

The wrist joint is not capable of circumduction. That is a motion requiring 3 degrees of freedom in joint motion but the wrist has 2. So the best you get are small combinations of motion that “look” like a circle.

We should treat warmups and stretches like a workout itself
