I've been playing upright bass professionally for 18 years and I've been doing those first three stretches since day one and they are EFFECTIVE as hell. The rest are new to me and I love them!

Holy lord, I was thinking about consulting my orthopedist in the next few days because my wrist pain only kept adding up the last 6 month and became really unbearable at this point. I couldn't even do 20 clean pushups yesterday. And I kid you not but after doing this routine here just once(!!!) I fired out the 30 most explosive pushups in my life with hangtime clapping and all.

I know you probably get messages like this every day but I have to say thank you so much and keep doing what you are doing!! You have changed so many peoples lifes and LITERALLY saved mine. I’ve lost almost 100lbs, avoided diabetes, and I am no longer in danger of having a heart attack. I’m only 30 and was at lowest point of my life. What a timing! Have had hella wrist pains these last days after doing push ups everyday. Had to switch to knuckle pushups. Hope i can get back to normal pushups after this video😃
