I always had a sharp pain in my wrist whenever casually arm wrestling someone. So, I thought strengthening my wrists would fix the problem. And this video was the one.

Two moths ago I trained for them and i was able to do 5 push ups with bad form.It took me two months for that.Bad form gave me wrist pain for 2 weeks😢😢

I was so surprised i tried it first time out im 105 kg did 13 yrs judo and 2 yrs powerlifting now and could do 2 of them

Will this movement help both flexion wrist and extension? I think you said it would, but not sure.

I'm in pain just from watching this video! OWWW! I don't think I have the strength and flexibility for ANY load. :(

Damn, even the first step of the progression hurts. This is due to wrists injuries I've had in the past. Hopefully slow progression will help.
