Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

THERE IS PLENTY OF MONEY IN THE US! MAYBE THEY SHOULD TAKE MONEY FROM OTHER AREAS..AS IN DISABLED ELDERLY SHOULD COME BEFORE GOING TO MARS, SENDING OFF SPACE SHUTTLES, AND PREVIOUSLY TAKING BETTER CARE OF IMMIGRANTS THAN THEIR OWN ELDERLY AND DISABLED. I give up..I’m going to have to get a van, move to, the street at 70 years old. It’s too stressful trying to live or maintain a home.

Sure, schedule an appointment with an outfit that does not answer their phone, and online service is not working

This is more stupidity. Doing this over the internet and over the phone makes it extremely easy for people to commit identity theft and fraud. Because online and over the phone anyone can pretend to be anyone. At least in person someone had to match up with an id or paperwork.

What would really help would be for the government to offer assistance, like they did with the Healthcare Marketplace, for the elderly to help get online accounts. My husband and I are elderly and we tried to do it but it was too confusing for us. For the Healthcare Marketplace we were able to meet with someone at a local public library who helped us sign up. It would be great if they could provide something like that again to help elderly people get the social security on-line accounts. I’m sure there are other elderly people like us who really have difficulty with technology. My husband still has a flip phone.

My son applied to the SSA when he graduated with his business degree with honors. They didn’t interview him. They just said he wasn’t qualified. He would be the perfect employee for them, but they actually have to interview and even attempt to hire.

I’m 63 and know my way around the computer and online fairly well. I just keep plugging away if I get hung up on online glitches. Every. Dang. Time. I try to log online they reject my last password and I have to reset it and go through hoops that are unbelieveable. And the site is unfriendly as all get out. How do they expect seniors much older with no computer to get help?

I tried to make an appointment last summer(2023) starting in March 2023. I couldn't even get anyone in the local office on the phone!

Finally, I reached someone in an out-of-state office who was able to make an appointment locally for me!
I was just trying to sign up as a 65 year old newly retired and newly signing up for Medicare ( done through the SSA) which had to be done within a 7 month period. I started early... Thank goodness.
Once I got an appointment the people were kind and helpful.

Just retain a lawyer and you won't have to deal with them at all. You're not going to win without one anyway.

❤ Thanks for the video ❤
I signed a "contract" with the SSI (feds) when I was 14 years old, and I remember conversations about "early retirement". It's turned out just as many suspected it would, when you put your trust in government. If there's any wisdom from these last few years I can find it's this, DON'T TRUST IN SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW FOR FUTURE ASSURITY, SET IT UP YOURSELF AND TRUST IN THE ONE WHO GIVES WISDOM 🙏🏻❤️

What's wrong with the SSA is the same thing that's wrong with the whole government too many DEI hires that aren't qualified to even run water much less the SSA

I never waited more than 30 minutes, as a walk in at my local SSA office!

SSI cut me off at age 61 and I have cerebral palsy since birth. I'm on the street Social Security now. The Social Security administration told me I'm drawing on my father's Social Security because he is dead, so is my mother. It scared the hell out of me but I'm okay now. I won't turn 62 until June 25th of 2025. Thank God I got to see them in person last month after I got a letter stating that I'm losing my SSI and going on Social Security... Does this mean I'm not required to follow SSI rules now?

Maybe the Senior Citizens League should file a class action Lawsuit against politicians to get the courts to force SSA admin improve the SS Program and system? And operate to destroy the careers of Politicans who are out derail Social Security?
