I have cried everyday for over a week since finding out my husband’s disability was denied by appeals committee after the hearing. I don’t know how or what we are going to do. They will always find away to deny you if they want to.

I was in a bad motorcycle wreck and almost died. I was broken from head to toe inside and out I've been trying to get mine for 8 years and they just keep denying me because of my age 44 yr old and I know people that's got it a lot younger than me.

My problem was the ALJ. I guess he didn’t believe me lol. Yet I’ve got the medical proof MRIs and what not. I had to appeal it to the AC. Which it’s crazy because if they do send it back. It’s going to go to the same judge. This entire process is crazy

Being a new rule on "Collateral Estoppel" (Issues determined), is it considered "Res Judicata" (claims determined). I think I got that right with a CDR I think (20 C.F.R. 404.1594(f)(2)? or considered permanent (POMS DI 26525.045, specifically B.2c. of that section? One of the Issues I had funny enough, was the ALJ acting "Ultra Vires, , inconstient unqualified medical determination from the bench, (which even that was incorrectly applied (SSR OO-4p, 13-2p, 16-3p, 92-2p)). etc... yada yada intermittently (when was convenient for the ALJ) to go Res Judicata and Collateral Estoppel, (not entirely sure on the fine lines) Like sometimes would rejudge a determinationother times not

I Was just denied final decision from the appeals council so from wuts I understand I have to file in federal court now or file a new clam and Ive been doing my case now fir over 7 years. I just got denied about 3 weeks ago by the appeal council so I hope I can win cause I have discabilities from my hernia, internal blerding, lupus, diabetes, ptsd, sckitzophrenia, asthma, sleep apnea, and a bunch if physical things.My speech therapy consoler also said I'm unemployeable and function at a 8 year old level

I was denied ssdi when I filed in 2018 and was told I needed to file for SSI instead because I was told I didn't have enough work credits in I was told I needed 40 but I only had 38 but I found out later after two years when I was approved for SSI that I only needed 40 for my ssdi if I was 62 or older since I was 52yrs old when the ALj found me to be disabled that I only needed 28 work credits because there is a scale that they go by to determine how many work credits you have to have if you are found to be disabled before 62yrs old but the employee at the SSA didn't tell me this and I didn't notice it in the hand book till after I was approved for SSI they even sent me a brake down of how much I would be getting each month for ssdi and the next day I got another letter telling me what I would be getting each month for the SSI so some one there knew I had enough work credits for my ssdi but was not aware that I was denied till after they sent it out and to cover there butt they sent the one for SSI payment brake down and said to disregard the previous letter of my ssdi brake down witch was $1300 more a month I would have gotten. So can I file a new claim for the one I was denied on back in 2018 saying that I had enough credits if they had used the scale like they should have ?
