I did set up an overpayment plan but they want to hold most of my check for Medicare . They said my check was suspended and Medicare wanted over half of my check. Do you know anything about that?

Must I renegogiate my payment plan? I am currently paying $25 a month toward an $8000 overpayment. If I have to renegogiate to pay it off in 5yrs, that'll raise my monthly payment to over $133 a month! This will create a hardship for me.

Hello- Question for you, my sister had received a notice requiring her to repay 2 and 1/2 years (2019-2021) of overpayment, we had submitted a request for a waiver in Feb 2023, we received a notice today indicating her overpayment was denied because she was at fault, due to her having been sent a pamphlet in 2017 stating the rules, so therefore she should have known that she was being overpaid. Is there any way to refute this?

I have been underpaid and all my appeals were never responded to me. They say they never received my appeals but I sent them return receipt.

Hi, thank you so much for your help! I just renegotiated my overpayment to 60 months thanks to you!! I have been trying to do this for the past year. I appreciate you and the info you share. Last year they took my entire September payment then cut my next payment by $500. This put me nearly destitute. I had to live off credit cards that are now overdue. Thanks again!❤

QUESTION: Thank you so much for this.🪻🌷🪻 And the validation. Was inquiring - Not sure exactly what it pertained to - But there was something where let's say you're paying back an overpayment.🌷 Because let's say the reason is you made too much money regarding the income cap for the year -, and there was something where after you paid it back, you would get the money back again. (???) AM I mixing something up?🪻
Thank you for your time!!🪷🌷🪷
