This video seemed silly at first but it’s actually lots of fun and a great workout! Only 23 minutes and I broke a sweat! Way better than doing nothing like I was before! Thank you!

In 4 days before I'm 75 kg and now today I'm 73.10kg keep on exercising ad eating food 2 times a day .don't loose hope keep on going ill say my results again

Doing this for almost 2 weeks, its work. Losing 2kg and also replacement my meals. Now iam so addicted to doing again and again, my body get better.

Did the first 15 mins easily. Was 70 yesterday. Tomorrow will do the 23 mins. As a professional equestrian, a supple but controlled middle/core is essential, and I can feel this working exactly where I need it!

One of my workouts especially when raining I'm 5'2 female weighing 81 kgs back in May now it's July I'm on 75.4 last weigh in on a mechanical scale. Thanking God and thanking you guys for this I don't have a physical zumba group so I just do your zumba whenever I'm not jogging or brisk walking. I'm hoping to be atleast 60 kgs on Dec. To God be all the Glory!

I never attempted following exercise dancing grps, but yours got me moving for the whole 23mins, my body is itchy and sweaty..this journey is no easy but l love it. Praying for the strength and consistency

Amazing workout! At first, I found the pace to be a bit too fast for me to keep up. I started playing the video at 0.75x speed and it was perfect. The music wasn't distorted at that speed either! About three weeks in, three to four times a week, and now I'm able to keep up with the pace at 1x!
