I tried making a meal plan for my pcos journey but when I went out to make the groceries, Shit, I realized, I need to be rich cause having pcos is a damn expensive to manage 😂

I have pcos and I’ve lost 30 lbs. eat healthy eat high protein and I exercise 6 times a week. Stay away from sugar and carbs and prioritize and your protein. And you will loose the weight. I’ve been doing it for 5 months. And I’m not done yet!

‼️ It's important to note that SPEARMINT should only be consumed if you don't have kidney problems. Also, if you are on a lot of medications you should consult with your doctor first as it could cause kidney damage. ‼️


AND if you are taking sedative medication (some depression/anxiety, ADHD and sleep meds etc.) it intensifies drowsiness, which is something you probably don’t want in the morning.

I adore the educational aspect of this. Unfortunately, I would absolutely hate some of these things, and I'm just not willing to be miserable to be healthy. I think it's a matter of balance for a lot of us. Take what tips you can to make improvements, but don't hold yourself to unreasonable (for you) expectations.

I love doing weight training workouts but due to pcos my doctor refrained me from doing weight training since it increases the testosterone levels in female body

Not all of these work for me but I definitely do a few of them! Especially more protein and low intensity cardio like walking. I walk about 20-40 mins a day and do light weight training for physio
