People in this comment section are insane. Nobody tells you to eat these things every day. They're just recommendations to change things up a bit - beef jerky or plant based protein every once in a while won't kill you.

İ WİSHED I would bought myself some good Fishing equipments long time ago to get the most cheap and probably the best out of my daily protein-& healthy oils sources for my nutrients and meals..
..
While it's the more common in the States to get the Protein we'll need throughout animal hunting it is not as easy in Europe to do this for the general human being..
At least it seems like bc im not so sure..
..
I might research a little bit more about that but appreciate your advices here too

Pro tip, make your own jerky. The initial investment is about $50 for a cheap dehydrator. It will dry about 5 lbs of wet meat at a time. It pays for itself within a few uses. And also, obviously, load up on lean beef when it goes on sale.

Gotta look at the bioavailability of the protein, too. Gluten is scarcely digestible for humans. Our digestive enzymes can break it down into large peptides, but not into amino acids, meaning that while it's nominally a "complete" protein because of its amino acid composition, we don't actually break it down to the point where all these amino acids can be absorbed and assimilated, and most of it ends up in the toilet (while causing inflammation and transient intestinal permeability on its way). "Protein" noodles that just add a bunch of extra gluten isolate to change the macros on the label, and products like seitan which is pure gluten, contain protein in a purely nominal or technical sense — only a small percentage of its amino acids (single digits for most people) will actually be liberated for absorption during digestion, so it really shouldn't be counted towards a person's macros or daily protein requirement.

What makes you lose weight the most is eating a mozzarella cheese stick as your snack twice per day in between breakfast, lunch and dinner, because it keeps your metabolism going. Went from 228 lbs to 165 lbs doing that alone with no exercise. Protein with very little carbs that are healthy carbs. Your body will get used to smaller meals, 3 meals and two snacks per day and you will get to your desired weight, at first it takes discipline until you make it a habit.
