Go to Costco buy the 6 pack of egg whites. They have 5 g of protein per serving with 10 servings... thats 50 grams of protein in like 5 seconds if you chug it lol . Totally safe too, the pasteurization gets rid of all bad bacteria, tastes just like water.

how about replacing greek yogurt with yogurt you make yourself (home made).originally made greek yogurt is actually 'gasp' regular home made yogurt.pre packed so called greek yogurt that you buy is powdered milk mixed with commercially made yogurt and added sugars.

Save your money, cheap cuts of meat like London broil, eggs and potatoes or rice. It's all you need. If you got some extra money throw in some fruits and vegetables for micro nutrients. Drink a water. Inexpensive whole foods.

Biggest bullshit ...if you wanna gain weight/bulk you need to:
1. Calorie intake should be higher than the sum total of the calories you burn(a day)
2. Eat enough protein(normally 2 grams per 1kg of body weight)
3. Workout in a way that will engage your muscles so that you damage your muscle fibers so they can rebuild themselves bigger when resting(little reps /heavier weights), of course not in a way that will cause any harm or injury.
