Another suggestion will be don’t say “my anxiety”. Don’t claim it because it’s not yours. God didn’t give it to us so I will not accept. Not saying that we won’t experience but when you say “my” you’re taking ownership over it even when we don’t realize it. So say I have battled anxiety as a way of saying I will overcome and beat it❤️🙏🏾

this is so real. i have been trying to solve my health anxiety on my own by giving into my compulsions. googling, asking my family for reassurance, consulting online doctors, instead of focusing on the present. i will focus on what is rather than what could be. i need to truly release my burdens. please pray that i beat this.

God healed me from anxiety, and the deceptive feelings of condemnation which caused obsessive compulsive behaviors. If he can do it for me, he can do it for you. Don't give up. Keep going. God loves you and he cares deeply about you. He sent his son to save you. Will he stop at that? Will he not also graciously give you all else that you need? Can he not save from anxiety, from fear? (Romans 8:32) He is the God who created the heavens and the earth. He has full control of the wind and the sea. Is he not also able to save you? Have faith in God. Trust him and his perfect timing.

SOOOO TRUE for me. I have suffered anxiety, since i became a teenager, and i always used to compare myself to other people, and thought that i'm not good enough, i had fear of failure, and wanted to be somebody, and God truly humbled me. He removed the pride in my heart through all the hardships i went through and realized that it was all along Him who sustained me and i've got nothing to boast. Jesus got my back.
