Love this. Does anyone else get these rushes in their stomach just randomly even though there isn’t anything you’re immediately anxious about? Almost like burst of adrenaline randomly

I’ve never let my extreme anxiety stop me. There are times that the derealization and nausea have been so extreme that I couldn’t think of the correct words to speak and everything seemed unfamiliar but it’s never stopped me from my job duties and things that I want to do. I think the issue that I have is embracing these feelings. Although theses horrible symptoms haven’t stopped me, I still focus on how miserable that I am feeling and many of them are every moment that I’m awake. It’s just so difficult to embrace when you’re stumbling from the dizziness to get to the restroom because of the nausea and disorientation. I think that I must still be afraid of the miserable feelings even if it’s subconscious. I feel like that is what might be hindering me embracing the feelings. Thank you so much for your awesome channel Trey.

I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, depression, and PTSD. I’m afraid to do everything. When I go outside, exercise, social events, etc the list goes on. I have very bad cardiophobia. Whenever I get scared I back down to my comfort zone. I’ve had anxiety for 9 years I’m so ready to get my life back. I’m so afraid to face them though I have your course but I’m still so afraid to face my fears.

I WILL EMBRACE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE

This message is amazing! Explained pretty much exactly how I've been. My anxiety has been so intense again these last few months I've gone into avoiding almost everything due to how severe it's felt. I've suffered with it for many years, (mostly) mentally and then it flares up so bad physically at times throughout the year, that I cant go into most situations. I used to run quite regular to improve my low moods but since it's been so bad, I've now been afraid to run. As soon as I leave the house and go into public. I think everyone is watching me and I'm being judged and I feel terrible panic like I'm in danger. I also have severe driving anxiety when I have this incredible sense of fear as soon as I see another car and person come up behind me in my mirrors. I used to do a lot of driving and was a delivery driver and sometimes i would have panic and adrenalin surges at the wheel. I've had it for a long time but it's got to the stage where I've avoided it for weeks. I've been off work and my comfort bubble is staying in the house just watching you tube videos and podcasts etc. I still feel really anxious but its not as bad as being out there. You don't feel happy at all in your comfort bubble after a while. This video has given me the first boost to actually go out and start facing some situations more today. Thank you. I WILL EMBRACE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE!

Last night, I was feeling so anxious, had this feeling like I world pass out, so I was afraid of taking a shower. My mom was so frustrated with me, I got angry, got up and took the shower. Felt so grateful afterwards. That feeling went away.

I beat anxiety a couple years ago, but I’ve been dealing with it again for about 2 months. I know that exposure and embracing it is the best way to handle it but I do still get uncomfortable and im fine with that. I recently went on a week long trip to Mexico and had anxiety most the time but I still decided to enjoy the trip as much as possible. It was a trip my girlfriend was looking forward to so I intentionally suffered so she could be happy and to me that was worth it. I hope everyone here who is suffering is able to recover and I promise you that it is possible because like I said I’ve done it before. ❤

I WILL EMBRACE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE! I have anxiety surrounding my heart and lungs. So I have been avoiding really anything that will make my heart rate go up past an uncomfortable level. It is a goal that I want to crush. I do not want to fear my chest anxiety anymore! My doctor told me once that people with anxiety are usually afraid of the things that will help them. Hearing you reiterate that is comforting. Thank you for making these videos. Just hearing your first few words is calming to me now. ❤

Going out in public is still a struggle. Which I used to love. especially when Im going to get movies. And excersise, I used to get outside all the time. Especially cutting grass, now Im scared to do that. But I have to get over this fear ASAP!!! Plus sometimes I have heart palpitations, so I get scared to excersise! Yeah I have to get back into what I used to do before. I just got diagnosed with anxiety like 2 months ago. I will embrace being uncomfortable

I will embrace being
Trey I have watched every one of your videos and this by far is the best one I also did your boot camp which was extremely helpful. Of all the people that I have followed on social media you're one of the few that I truly believe suffered with this like myself and many others do. I have been exposing myself to and embracing the discomfort that these tricky amygdalas can bring on. I feel it is actually the number one thing that has helped more than any other. You have a great voice and demeanor for coaching people. I'd like to personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting all this effort into these videos and your boot camp it is truly a blessing to many. I would say that my anxiety today is about 50% of what it was 2 and 1/2 months ago I am actually able to take triggering situations and experience them in 5 minutes segments kind of like going five more minutes on the treadmill that kind of works the same way but your exercising your brain. Thanks again and looking forward to the next video!

I just discovered your channel. And it has brought me a lot of peace knowing I'm not alone. It has been tough lately. And like you, I'm avoiding exercising and standing in long lines. You've encouraged me to go back to the gym tomorrow after a year of not going. I've set out my gym things for tomorrow so I'm ready to just go. I desire change and I desire uncomfortability in order to do so. Thanks for all the heartfelt advice. I truly appreciate it.
