Good stuff as always...I do Dumbbell Snatches, Dips, and Toes to Bar 10, 9, 8....3, 2, 1. It is crossfit, but works great for cardio and breaks up boring cardio.

I prefer to do 60 mins of core training keeping my heart rate up, than doing LISS cardio xD
