The pull is so important. Burroughs has a stronger vertical pull at his weight than most Olympic weightlifters. I think wrestlers are the standard for pull strength

Man, I am only 3 videos in through your content (I have just randomly discovered it), I am already hooked.
I am getting in shape to get back to my fav Sports Judo/BJJ after a long pause due to inflammatory disease, what you have shared will definitely help a long way.
Love from France 🇫🇷.

My son is a sophomore wrestler at Miramar High in South Florida. Last was his first yr actually competing and he came in 19th at 157lbs. We will start applying these to his workouts..

Honestly I think just a strength routine in general paired with wrestling training is elite

I wrestled Pete Renda in the state semi finals his senior year. Can confirm, his grip strength is unreal.

We didn't fully capitalise on the MMA trend as a sport, but this functional fitness trend might be where we find our market and how we can move laterally into the MMA space as well. What I mean by this is, obviously serious MMA competitors train for wrestling, but you don't have a bunch of yuppies doing it for fitness (and by extension improving the popularity and visibility of the sport) like those who have taken up kickboxing and crossfit. Also, we don't have young kids joining like they do in droves for karate after watching the karate kid or some jackie chan, bruce lee, keanu reeves movies. These are the spaces we need to enter and the people we need to attract and I applaud these youtube channels because I think they are making steps toward accomplishing that

1. Explosive push up
2. Single leg squats
3. Rope
4. Dumbbell ( 15sec walk the do the 15 curl on each than hold that up 90 position then again walk then again)
These are not in chronological order please arrange them
5. Sand bag lounges
6. Juping squats ( seat in the position where you knee touch to the ground and then jump and jump as far as you can )
7. First exercise of the video (Come down to you knees then grab the bar and do explosive pull)
