Sir you nailed it. I became a Christian more than a decade ago when i went to university. I believed in the gospel because of Jesus’ love. Then i started to join Bible study groups and advanced trainings. That was my first time learning the TULIP. What I learnt makes me puzzled deep down. I thought God’s love was plain to understand but after those classes I found it mysterious and in many ways counter-intuitive. I couldn’t say at that time what was wrong. As a matter of fact, in those days i sincerely believe i was learning some deep stuff about the gospel. But deep down in my heart, there’s a feeling that God’s love had become strange and uncomfortable. I never question my church because everyone seemed so intelligent and who am I. But this uncomfortable feeling never gets away until recently years have i started to examine what i have believed. I’m astonished to found so much knowledge about God and Jesus did not came from the Bible but from men. I came to realise i was heavily doctrinated/poison without knowing for years. I remember years ago if anyone dares to question Calvinism I could very defensive. I feel like I’m hypnotised to automatically defend an idea that didn’t came from my understanding of the Bible. Looking back it’s very scary. But thank God the uncomfortable feeling never got away over the years and finally it triggered me to examine myself. Thank God for your work because you made their lies exposed in front of the scriptures.

Excellent! Just excellent! The reason I am not a Calvinist even after years of attending a Calvinist church is because I chose to believe the Bible!

I was raised in a Calvinistic framework, and Calvinism became a factor in my almost leaving the faith altogether. Thank God for those Biblically-literate people who showed me (and continue to show others) that TULIP is not the Gospel.

A good point to make when debating someone who states that they are Calvinist, I reply, "I am a Christian."

Perhaps too nice...
Personally seeing how this doctrine is not Biblical, has no gospel and is dangerous, I prefer Kevin's approach.
Call it tough love.
Call it "contending for the faith that was once delivered." It's a relatively recent development in the history of the church.

The question is not: are Calvinists real 'christians?', the question is: when did they become a Christian and when did they become Calvinist? These two decisions are not mutually inclusive! I know several, dozens perhaps, of Calvinists, and everyone of them who have shared their conversion story with me, ALL CAME TO THE LORD by deciding to believe (John 3:16-17) Their Calvinism was taught to them by 'men', after their born again experience. No one comes to salvation by listening to a rambling 'preacher' trying to explain the 'Rubics cube' of Calvinism to a non believer.

Kevin, I think you have given me some of the most profound, yet simple advice I have ever received in dealing with Calvinists. I have engaged in numerous arguments with them, often very frustrating ones, but have noticed of late that when I simply ignore all the rabbit trails and just stick to exegeting scripture, they immediately and without fail simply stop commenting. It’s uncanny how quickly they retreat when faced with just the word of God as it is written.
The word of God really is the sword of the Spirit.

Wow I was lead into a debate with Calvinist. They constantly bypassed scriptures. changed subjects , presented straw man arguments and give philosophy over scripture in context.  Something came over me as I spoke with them, the question  "Are These People saved"  all about sovereignty  and not the covenant of salvation through Christ. You are spot on.  Good job and thanks

This was one of the best videos exposing the false teaching of Calvinism! Absolutely fantastic! Calvinists are doing a serious injustice for the true Gospel of Jesus Christ and by doing so, are leading so many people astray!! They must be exposed like this!! People like John MacArthur, John Piper, R.C. Sproul, James White, Ray Comfort, Kurt Cameron, A.I. Pink, Paul Washer, and many others like them!

When I was 16, I went to church with a co-worker. I responded to an alter call and received Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord. That was 40 years ago. I just learned about Calvinism. If it was something God wanted me to know about, don't you think He would've told me?? I had no need to live by the TULIP beliefs! I was saved! I didn't need to know if I was "chosen or of the elect ". I've known about God's grace for 40 years. I just recently heard about Calvinism's "irresistible" grace.

I love Jesus. I don't need to add Calvinistic doctrine to my beliefs. I believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ! It's enough!

I am a calvinist. I know the LORD Jesus died for me. This is by Grace. The assurance of my salvation is not based on my works or experience, it is simply that I believe in the LORD and the Spirit testifies to me that I am a child of God.
When I share the Gospel, I say to all that Christ died for them. I never mention election, only the work of the LORD.
To me at least election is not the Gospel.
Calvinism is not the Gospel.
The Incarnation, life, death and resurrection of the LORD is the Gospel.
And whoever believes in Him shall be saved.
I am not sure why this video is so aggressive.
I belong to a calvinist church, none of us even mentions the word calvinism or election.
The only one we mention is Christ.
This video and the spirit of this gentleman made me tear up.
