This is the personal testimony of a 5 point Calvinist worship leader that believed the false gospel of election but got saved out of Calvinism by the true Gospel of Jesus Christ after 26 years of faithful belief in Calvinism and serving in leadership in Presbyterian and Reformed Baptist churches.

This is beyond true. God brought me out of Calvinism as well. Thank you for sharing.

Grateful for your willingness to call it what it is. I, as a pastor, have encountered so many people who refused to consider God because of what Calvinism teaches. They thought it was Christianity. It is not .

This is a very similar testimony to my own. I was saved after over 20 years in Calvinism. Thanks for this, Brian.

It is a sickness to think most are created without a choice or a chance to avoid Hell.

I betcha a lot of Calvinists left the building while this man spoke. The SBC needs to rid itself of Calvinism.

I grew up in a Calvinist based church, but nobody ever told me I must get saved and how to get saved. I got saved as a young girl when family invited me to a pentecostal church. I felt so different afterwards and couldn't wait to go to the next meeting. What a terrible thought that I could have gone to hell 🙈

This is a testimony one loves to hear my friend . To hear someone truly came to CHRIST and experienced HIS love in a real way instead from a logical perspective, because the love of CHRIST JESUS and the knowledge of CHRIST JESUS is something we can't logically wrap our minds around to begin with but to experience the joy of it is truly life changing . It's a shame that calvinists don't understand the love of CHRIST that the Bible reveals to us but instead the kind of mercy a tyrant has when he spares the life of a slave and doesn't love all of his creation that he has cursed the vast majority of before creation .
GOD bless you brother .

I’ve been a Calvinist for 8 years. Almost a month ago while reading Scripture I understood the love of God in my heart for the first time. Immediately I thought “This isn’t the god who loves Jacob but hates Esau” (in Calvinist context). I knew God would not — could not — elect some of His precious creation to hell. I was raised in abuse as a scapegoat so it was easy for me to believe that God would love some of His children and hate others. Thank you for your videos. They are really helping me to deconstruct the false teaching.

Jesus said deny yourself and follow me, .. follow Jesus only ..
no denomination, .no where in the Bible says to follow any denominations.
Jesus only Amen 🙏 🙌

Wow! And she married you anyways as a Calvinist. You were her assignment from God and she was faithful to see you through to salvation. Better keep her around!

I hope Tom Ascol and the self-appointed “Founders” within the SBC heard this, and hated it.

Wonderful Brian! This SHOULD be a powerful wake up call to those 'mighty' Calvinists out there who will claim this man was misled and is an apostate from their dangerously false religion. Thank God he is an apostate from the predestination doctrine of devils. I send my love in-Christ to this brother and to you as well, faithful man of God!

It's tragic to see people, who's heart's desire is to glorify God, daily impugn His holiness and good character by believing Him capable of things worthy of satan. It isn't difficult to logically and Biblically refute TULIP, throw a stone over your shoulder and you'll strike one of its errors, but it is difficult to convince a calvinist that TULIP is refuted.

Thank God I am out from the Presbyterian church. It offered nothing but intellectual arguments with no real joy or intimacy. Calvinism is nothing but dry bones religion. Thank you Brother Brian. Theirs a lot of us who have been set free from the lies of tulip.

Glad to see that there is a push to rid the SBC of this false teaching. Calvinism is leavened bread.

It is amazing to read the sarcastic arguments from Calvinists. It is amazing because of their inconsistency. If you truly believe in Calvinistic teaching then this person is only doing exactly what the will of GOD is causing Him to do and to and feel. To believe otherwise is to concede that man has a freewill which Calvinists vehemently deny. According to Calvinism, you can't be mad at this man, you have to rejoice in GOD fulfilling His will. Calvinism will have your faith going in a never-ending circle and your faith will be dry and lifeless. As the scriptures tell us, "Do I have any pleasure in the death of the wicked, " declares the LORD GOD, :rather than that he should turn from his ways and live." Ezekiel 18:23 GOD's heart is for all mankind!

If I may add, in the book of Revelation, Jesus finishes his address to the 7 churches the book starts out with, whom he is speaking to (representing the entire Christian Church). The context of the scripture I quote from below (the entire chapter) is the Lord speaking to the faithful and the unfaithful - the faithful of course being those who enter Heaven because they remained in fellowship/relationship with Christ. It also gives warning to those who would add-to or take-away specifically from the book of Revelation ("the book of this prophecy") and ends with Jesus' promise of coming soon. I AM NOT pointing this out because I think those who believe in predestination are literally taking away from The Revelation of Jesus Christ (with POSSIBLE exception of one man). The following passage from Revelation is my reason for this post: QUOTE: "I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And WHOSOEVER will, let him take the water of life freely." - Revelation 22:16-17 (NOTE: Jesus spoke of this "living water" to a Samaritan woman in John 4:10)
