Narcissists really messed me up when I was growing up. That was a lot of abuse for years. The yelling, bullying, gaslighting, manipulation, lying, triangulation, degrading, and threats. They messed me up pretty badly. They messed me up so bad, I now have some characteristics of those people. Now today, people think that I'm evil just because I'm a loner, quiet, don't like to talk, secretive, don't like to share, don't like to participate in anything, have major trust issues, etc. Narcissists also turn you into them if you spent a whole lot of years with them. Now people think that I'm a narcissist which I'm not. It's terrible. 😢

I was married to one for 27 years ! Now he is bullying our daughter gaslighting making her feel a bad mum calling her names ! And much more, spending every day telling her it's his problem don't let it affect you it's hard I know, keep conversation short don't tell him things because he will twist things . I never thought he would do this to his own daughter ! Its heartbreaking 💔
