This needs to be said . I think a lot ig are taught to keep out mouths shut and just take it other wise we are going straight to hell.
This builds up and like myself in my 30s I’m going to blow I don’t want to but it’s years of built up anger.

To much or excessive control, parent competing with their children, parents revealing two different home and public faces, emotional roller coasters, these are all signs of "NPD's" narcissistic personality disorders. The only way someone can reprogram this rather it be a parent or whoever is with a therapist who specializes in again NPD's. From what I understand sometimes it can take years of counseling before the person is able to develop enough reprogramming if you will to turn off these types of behaviors. Hammasa, you seem to be a very understanding person, the word understanding being a keyword often used by someone who has their Sun in Sagittarius :)
