Namaskar Amma, in 2014 first time I suffered from slip disc and approached many hospital in mumbai Bombay hospital and many more every Dr. Said for operation, but I chose to walk for 2 km everyday and believe me it was a time where I can't walk more than 1 min it will cause pain in my lower body part right leg was burning from inside, but by the grace of God today I'm fine but still sometimes I get the same pain in my lower body as today I'm a mother of a child and don't get time to move out of the house, bz of a baby care n household chores, walking is must for keeping our body healthy and fully functioning

She knows all the solutions. Every word spoken by her is absolutely true . I'm the one who is suffering from all this and yoga she is teaching is absolutely healing and relaxing .. It takes time according to the level of pain but if you do these asanas you will feel better from the next day ...ladies she is a great personality

I have had sciatica since last year. At first, thought it was a pelvic pain. I was misdiagnosed. Thankfully, the pains are not as severe as before. There were times I had to crawl instead of walking. I have been under physiotherapy since July last year. Because pains are not as severe as before, I don’t go for physio regularly. Pains appear when I walk and stand for long periods of time.

Bring "Night Jasmine Leaves" (Parijaat) to a boil, then sip the tea two to three times a day on an empty stomach for three months. After a month, you will observe the difference. Exercises for strengthening rather than stretching are what I would suggest. Although stretching will feel good at first, the pain will return after an hour. Everyone being pain-free is what I wish for.
