Hi I practiced ur yoga exercises of previous video for 6 month...I started on 4 April 2021 and on 27 sep 2021.. I had an ultrasound...I have recovered fully from pcod...not even a single cyst exists now..thanks a lot for providing right guidance.❤️

Hi sir I really thinks full for your exercise be cause I'm suffering with foibros for 4 years now and I cannot conceiving bcz of that. 😢😢the problem is that lf I eat something sweet, sugar cool dring I will suffer of cramps so now l find you and I'm doing your exercise 4 days now I believe in God and your yoga I will get well soon. Yes it is very useful I also tried first part and it help a lot 😀👍😄😊 I also suffered from pcod for 1 year and take heavy hormonal medicine but at end of one year I left medicine do do proper exercise along with seed cycling and I got my period regularly

I too have polycystic ovaries. After reading the comments I thought to give it a try, and these are really effective my periods came on time just after doing it for 1 month itself and it was very normal and cramps were also not that painfull.
Earlier I have spent lot of money on medicines and nothing worked for me, my cycles were always delayed and periods were very painful.

These exercises really helped me a lot and now I feel positive.

Hi i was suffering from pcods and was not able to conceive since 1.5 year i was very worried abt it i continued this excercise, diet, wazifa and dua for 2 months and now Alhamdulillah 2 months pregnant

Hii, thanks so so so much sir i am 3 month pragnant. I am suffering with pcod for 7 years, no ovulation, poor egg quality. We tried to pragnancy 3 years kisi doctor ki medicine bhi kam nai ayi fir mene apka vidios regularly 2 month follow kiya 1 month me pere piriod jo 2 mahine me ate the vo time par aa gaye 2 month doing this yoga i saw 2 pink lines. Ladies no take a medicines just do this yogas and diat thank so much sir.
