You HAVE to add the vinegar to water, and use a straw. The acid in the vinegar will destroy the enamel on your teeth. Rinse with water after drinking.

Just an FYI...drinking any vinegar even apple cider vinegar without diluting with water will and can erode your esophagus..be careful
1 tablespoon mixed with a cup or more of water.😊
