I wish I could like your videos multiple times. I’m doing yoga five times a week with you. I can see a huge difference in my body. Last month I’ve started with your videos and after one week I could get my period finally after 3 months. I also did those yoga for during period and I had very less pain. I’m counting this also this month and is on time every thing😊 thanks for your effort 🧘🏻‍♀️ I’m starting to love doing yoga and it’s because your lovely videos ♥️

I didn't have proper periods for 7 years. It was very irregular, the longest time was 7 months I didn't get my periods at all. I was given a lot of medicine both English and ayurveda, the amount of medicine itself stressed me alot. I just stopped everything. The first thing I did was to say no to outside food and Junk foods for almost 3 years now. Only occasionally now. When I did this set of videos, I was able to get my periods in less than a week. Gods Grace. I made this as my routine, every month I keep track, even if I one day crosses and my periods didn't come, I immediately do this. And I get it. It's been 1 year now. Really Really grateful, The key is ladies please focus on yourself, don't stress on studies, getting a Job or family issues. Stress is the root cause. Just forget everything and Go inner. Focus on your health. Mind what you eat, your body is your best friend . Treat her with care, nourish her. And say some nice and positive things to yourself.

I was suffering from pcos from last 8years n ladies with pcos have irregular periods but in my case i have no periods only just with contraceptive pills means situation was worse but no one will believe i controled it in 20 days i avoid junk food and sugar rice and dairy products and did intermittent fasting along with this yoga (thank you soo much mam) and exercise the diet was not strict so much in 3-4days i ate sugar and junk and today on 4 Aug i got my periods after 8 years 😭 i got my periods in january but on medications not naturallyy....and the most important thing was as a muslim believe on Allah the almighty patience n prayer .so worriers don't worry just challenge your self you can do it pcos can do nothing to you untill you are ready to let him do be brave ladies💞👍 altough it is not totally controled it requires more patience till but it is reversing how a thing got worse in 8 years could heal in 20 days obviously it will requires atleast 3 months for proper cure👍
