This works!!! I've been having abnormal uterine bleeding an year ago after which I went to the doc and was put on birth control pills which did regulate my menstrual cycle a bit, but I'd always get really painful periods. So I decided to get off it and after that my periods have become really irregular. It's been 4 ish months since I last got my period, did this for past 3 days consecutively and got my period today 😱 Thank you Akshaya❤

It helped me a lot my period was 2 months late but... I did this yoga in the morning and before sleeping I got my period finally. I'll keep doing all yogas for pcos. thanks a lot.

Suffering from pcos and pcod from past two years used to take pills to gets periods but from month of Jan 24 I started dieting and following your yoga videos used to do yoga 4times in each week and I got periods after one month I really felt good thank you mam 😊

Thank you so much for this yoga it's really helpful for me. I got my periods after 2 months doing this yoga consistently and within 3 days I got my periods. My some friends have the same problem i shared with them as well. Literally thankyou so much 🥰

From the bottom of my heart thank you much for this amazing video. For past one and half years I have irregular periods. Usually I don’t get my periods for almost 100 days and world take tables to get periods. Last month found out that I have pcod and since we are trying for baby this whole situation before very stressful. I used to do mind yogi before but a week ago when I was researching about pcos I found out ur video. I did part 1, 2, 3, 4 and today I got my periods. I’m extremely happy and grateful to you cuz this year March was the last time I naturally got my periods without any medication. Thank you so much. ❤❤❤

I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 months ago, and my doctor said the only thing that would help balance my hormones was the pill. I was experiencing side effects from the pill, and even though I was advised to stay on the pill, I listened to my body and got off the pill. I did this yoga session yesterday and got my period this morning, despite recently getting off the pill and I feel more confident in my choice!

Hey Akshaya, i missed my period for two months and i started doing your hormonal imbalance series from 21 days. I started doing this complete series regularly and i got my period today. This really works…i have irregular periods because of PCOS, and getting difficulty in conceiving. Did this for 5 days a week, within a month i got my periods after 4 months. Period flow was very good and also number of days of periods also increased.

Structure of the video is really good, makes me think of doing yoga everyday. Best video till date.
Dump hormonal pills. Yoga, walk and diet will help cure PCOD.
Yoga really does wonders to the body🤩

I have diagnosed pcod in may 2023 then after one month of diet+workout i got periods on june 28th after that i got laziness for do workout and i setback but on july 11 th i found on youtube your awesome yoga's especially for pcos❤wow my laziness go away from me &no i really enjoying❤thankyou Akshaya 🥰

I have bad hormonal imbalance and 15 years old, I am over weight so I am exercising and trying to eat better! I will quit sugar and oily foods, I will do this for 2 weeks and hopefully I will comeback with an update
