I felt at peace .Thank you for this :).
For the very first time my periods are delayed by 20 days . This will help me in getting it back soon enough!
I kid you not . I got my periods 5 minutes after I finished this. Have been doing other yoga practices for the past 5 days but this was so amazing ma'am! Thank you 😊

this is helping, I m eating home cooked meals including chaye and doing this getting enough sleep, in only 3 days my jawline acne got shrink and i don't have pcod but i deal with jawline acne because of hormonal imbalance, genetic factors and stress ! I have tried weightlifting, cardio everything but i didn't get effective results, yoga is healing I decided to do this every day :)

Even though the sound cuts off, I still watch, concentrate and continue doing this and part 1 of your pcos and hormonal imbalance videos every day (part 1 on one day and part 2 the next day) i started my period in January then I got my second one in February and it’s now august and it’s been 6 months since I’ve had a period, I know it’s normal in the first year or two, especially because I moved house in April and I used to over exercise and not eat a lot, now everything has changed, I’m in a new house, making my lifestyle right! And I hope this helps me to get regular periods!❤

It’s a very try good practice but it will be really helpful if you reload with sound and voice prompts to follow along.
