Very helpful and well explained. I appreciated your concise structure. You're also the only video I've found that recommends a strengthening exercise for the extensors

my issue is tingling mostly on my thumb, with occasional tingling on my index and middle finger tips, and a bit of straining sensation where my thumb meets my wrist.
not even sure if it's carpal tunnel, but i'm guessing the sensations resulted from my dog pulling on her leash.
thoughts?

I was taught to strengthen and stretching the opposite muscles for cts: strengthening wrist flexors and stretching wrist extensors. As I recall a common cause for cts is repetitive wrist extension, for example when working on a computer. What are your thougts on that? Regards Felix

Will bicep curls, lateral raises, and pushups aggravate the median nerve?
I started feeling transient numbness and tingling on my thumbs and index fingers when I started doing higher repetitions of these exercises.

What exercises do you recommend for improving circulation and the numbness in your arms and shoulders without aggravating the nerves?
