The overhead squat has to be the most challenging movement so far in our CrossFit gym. I'll try some of these exercises though!

Learning Olympic lifting at 52. Only saving grace is I have a lot of background in athletic training and coaching. Used be a professional rock and ice climbing instructor and strength coach.

I’m doing overhead squats deep in snatch grip. Close grip is 3 steps beyond!!

Hey Sonny what do you recommend for external shoulder rotation and mobility? I notice I developed a new problem where my right arm external rotation is fine but my left arm struggles leading to all the load onto my wrist and hand during the front rack, I did have an overused rotator cuff injury about a month ago, do you think that is a limiting factor?
