Oh this is my dream body to have a small waist and big hips bcoz my body is very thin with big tummy while my hips seems thin😅

I do this 5 days a week and then take the weekends to relax. Also in a calorie deficit of 950cals! Like to remind me! I’m doing this for 2 weeks and if progress then for a month!

i'm afraid this gonna make me lose weight instead of making my hips bigger 😂 i am 20yrs old and i weight 43kg
is there any food i can add to my diet to support the exercise?
My diet is two main meals in which I eat starches every day, as well as dairy, vegetables, meat, especially chicken, and fish twice a week. However, I do not eat fruits for weeks, and I do not prefer legumes. I also do not eat sugar on a daily basis. The source of sugar for me may be the sugar I put in my tea.
daily i drink about 4 bottles that contain 500ml of water.

ps: i don't do this on purpose it is just how my diet goes spontaneously
