When my hair started falling out more than usual (I have moderately long, gray curly hair) I started adding in more proteins: bone broth, nuts, eggs. Meats have been less desirable than they used to be. I still eat some everyday, but my portions are substantially less. I'm trying to hone in my self awareness and really listen to my body. 61 lbs down, 69 to go.

Hello Mindy, Thank you so much for what you are doing, you are truly helping people turn dis-ease around! I use to be a vegetarian but gained 30lbs, diagnosed with hypothyroid. I was eating too much simple carbs, once I realized what was happening, I have taken simple carbs out and put back in some lean chicken and fish, I have now lost 20lbs with out exercise. I intermittent fast 16/8 most days and occasionally do a 24 hour fast. I take parental essential oils, all plant based oils with the right ratio of 0mega 6/omega 3, Rose hip oil gel tabs, chlorella, probiotics, liquid magnesium/mineral and vitamins every day. I want to transition back to a whole plant based diet, any ideas or resources you can point me in the right direction. Thanks :)

Been stuck for awhile with weight loss. Going to reduce the protein. Maybe start with dinner no protein and see where that takes me. Then reduce more if need be. Very informative. Thank you again Dr. Mindy. You Rock!!

Helpful. I have lost 55 pounds and am stuck on the last 15. I will lower my protein fr o m 40 to 20 if that doesn't work I will cut it down to 0 for a while. Thanks for all you do on your videos.

Great job! I realize that sticking to chop salad kind of meals is the way to go. I add avocado and other fats to make them tasty. I’m starting to do omad diet, and eating as much chop salad as I want on my feedings. Thanks for your knowledge!

Yes, it is. My husband and I were just discussing this topic this morning. He's a little frustrated about the lack of weight loss and knee pain. He knows if he losses weight and keeps on the keto lifestyle it will help. Sometimes the pain is unbelievable. Would you or did you do a video on arthritis in the knee? Thx from NJ

I often end up having a little too much protein most days. I’m menopausal and have been craving meat more than I used to (not sure if there’s a link), but my biggest problem is trying to achieve the target macros ... I seem to rarely be able to put together a meal where I’m not having extra protein while adding the fat, without going over the carb count 🤷‍♀️

I know that Net Crabs should be under 50. What about nature sugars? Do we pay attention to the numbers of nature sugars in food ? Is there any max number we should stay under?
