I’ve been binge watching yours, Zaks and how to train a dream dog videos. And you guys have helped so much!! My puppy is 7 weeks and loves his crate and has only had 2 accidents in it. (My fault) He is consistently going potty outside, and we’ve already learnt drop it and wait for food. (Still needs practice) He’ll be joining puppy school next week, and we practice everyday. Also redirecting his biting has helped so much too and hes learning to stop biting the bed base.

I'm using a houseline on my rescue who's anxious and it's so helpful
Soon as I hold it he looks and goes to me he knows I can handle the stimulus he doesn't need to react 🥰

We use a house leash when our 10 month old pitador rescue is getting way too interested in the cats. We used it a lot more early on, as she’s been settling in more, she’s needed it less.

Maybe I should have used a house line? I've a 4 month lab, and she is my first dog. This video helped re affirm my confidence in training my pup. Great tips that I've seen work with her even without the use of the line it's self.

I've tried to redirect my puppy with other toys, treats or training, but his house line seems to continue to be his favourite thing to bite. Is there something else I'm missing?

Thank you, thank you ! Our puppy is now nine weeks old and has been with us for 1 week. I started a house line since day one. She’s only 2 lbs, but seems to be better with biting on it. I constantly redirect her with things she can bite on. This is a lot of work ! But worth it.
