I’m 18, quite into gym stuff and lifting, about 4-5 months ago I started feeling this annoying sensation on the bone that is poking out on the lower back ( sacroiliac ) and now it hurts. The pain won’t go away I am desperate for a fix.
Any advice would be much appreciated ❤️

That's exercises are amazing, but recommending before this exercises to do small glutes activation and adductors and we have miracle thrreset for almost everyone 🙈💪💪🥰 remember about breathing

Hello .. just wanna ask if it's possible to pop back those jelly thing inside a herniated disc by hanging.. i had a bulging or herniated disc for 2weeks after riding my bike without warm up ang streching, all i do is hanging to treat it.. on the 12th day of doing it i felt a popping strech and sunddenly felt relief.. is it possible that i did pop it back again? If i did, what will i do to not pop those disc again and can i go back on bicycle again?
