Join me for this 15-minute low-impact workout! This workout combines cardio & toning bodyweight exercises to challenge your body, burn calories, and improve your fitness. These moves are also ideal as Exercise Snacks. As your qualified trainer, I have designed this workout to suit all fitness levels! The uncomplicated moves make it easy to adjust to any fitness needs.

BLOG ON HEALTHY EATING:

We start with a quick warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.
The main workout consists of 15 low-impact Exercise Snacks that we'll perform for 45 seconds each, followed by a 15-second rest, before moving on to the next exercise.
All the moves are full body and this helps with fat loss and toning your entire body! These moves also are steady-state cardio which helps to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories while focusing on toning your arms, shoulders, glutes, abs, and legs. Good morning Lucy, I really enjoyed this work out, it got me out of breath and made me think. I really enjoy listening to your knowledge on excercising as I feel I am improving my health and brain too. A complete win win. I am going to try and incorporate a couple of moves for 60 seconds especially on the days I'm wfh, to help alleviate the stress. Great idea!. I always exercise in my pj's 😂😂.
