Gone from a 42 inch waist to a 32 inch waist. My A1C is 4.6 BP is in the 112/65 range. No more knee pain. I now can run up stairs and climb a ladder. Lift weights or swim laps 3 - 4 times a week. Fasting glucose is 77. Night vision has improved. Went on a 7 day cruise and gained 0 pounds. DEXA scan is normal. BTW, 70 year old dude eating 10 or less carbs a day.

There’s no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. Go low carb. When craving sugar or carbs, eat your favorite meat! That’s my best advice. And trust what you’re doing is the right thing.

I started 6 months ago. I’ve had many days where I have followed it very well and many where I did not. However, my triglycerides are down significantly and my hdl (“good cholesterol”) has increased. I’ve also started losing weight. My point is if you’re just starting out like me, don’t let all-or-nothing mentality hold you back. Get right back to it if you slip up. Health benefits are occurring even if we’re not perfect.

I've been 100% carnivore for almost 5 years. Fixed life-long depression and anxiety, some muscle and joint aches. eye floaters, and other minor issues (mood swings is one of them). Didn't have a weight problem, but around year 3 my belly fat melted away. I'll never go back to a standard diet.

Diagnosed in 2015 with T2D, HBP, and arthritis, not to mention being obese. Changed my diet immediately to keto for a year and then discovered carnivore. Completely got rid of T2D, HBP, and arthritis. I also lost 75 pounds. Been healthy now for over 7.5 years. I haven't been sick in all that time either. No colds or flu. Age 59 and I feel at least 20 years younger. Meat heals!

To my discredit, after loosing 60lbs in 2014 on LCHF and Keto with weight lifting, and then maintaining the weight loss, I allowed myself to backslide and gained 20lbs back. I just started a strict Keto program again and am determined to drop that weight by end of March which is totally realistic. Bacon and eggs are my friend 👊🏼

Started the carnivore diet 5 weeks ago after a life of vegetables/meat and the last 5 years eating & drinking green smoothies. Noticed a measurable drop in energy and bladder function and learned about oxalates after googling "loss of bladder capacity." When I read about oxalate crystals I went Paleo but still felt energy waning. A friend was going carnivore so I joined in and am excited to say I have started the healing process. Have awhile to go yet, but look forward to continued healing.

I avoid cricyferious veggies. They block the absorption of natural iodine found in foods. After eating broccoli daily for 6 years I developed fibrocystic breast issues. I also would eat cabbage. I had no clue it ruins your thyroid function due to blocking iodine. Not only does your thyroid need it, breasts do too! And if they place fluoride in your water that adds more problems since fluoride and iodine compete, but fluoride isn’t good. So last Sept I went all carnivore and my fibrocystic masses have been shrinking. I also had to add 5% Lugals, one drop a day, to also help correct my 6 year drainage of iodine in my chest. And adding redmands sea salt also helps.

No more veggies for me, especially cruciferous ones! (Broccolli, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and others.)

I didn't stay carnivore in the past as I had constipation issues and cravings. I have no choice now, as plants seem to cause severe inflammatory reactions with me. I also became ill with a severe respiratory infection, and my back seized up - it was terrible. Yesterday around 5pm; I ate 5 chicken wings and 2 eggs w butter, I slept much better. Remember, inflammation can affect the brain too. #ketovore

Done this for about three years.
Feel off the wagon a couple times but always return because of the healing and weight control benefits. Doing Carnivore month currently and having excellent results. 🥩

I am a carnivore and love that you are interested in sharing your knowledge; however, this video is just watching you read a screen/teleprompter. I would prefer the "off the cuff" short videos you were doing. Seemed authentic and genuine during those videos.
