Naaaaw… This was once my
Favourite go to yoga class once upon a time ago and have a fun memory of forcing a friend who never done yoga before to try it with my and the laughs we had throughout he struggle. About to relive it now and have a wee tear in my eye because of how much of a beautiful impact Lesley had. 🖖💚

Lesley, I just moved all the way across the world and have struggled finding a gym since I'm still learning the language. After being completely fed up with being still and confined to my apartment because of the cold, I came to YouTube, stumbled across your channel and did this class. I loved it! Your positivity radiates! Thank you and I look forward to doing another class :)

i was wiggling all over the place, especially that bridge pose, which really got me! overall great though, definitely need to work on my balance, thank you~

Hi Lesley, thanks so much for the class. Still got confused flipping from Wild Thing to Full Wheel though lol. And that headstand with lowered legs are crazy!! lol. I am your fan now. Your yoga class becomes my weekly activity!

another great one! Still wasnt able to get from wheel back into downward dog but SOOO appreciated your feedback to the question I posted on that a couple days ago. Also LOVED hearing about and seeing your struggle to do wheel with both leg and hand lifted. I did try to just lift a hand in wheel in an attempt to prepare for the switching positions. All in all, I'm going to choose to LOVE MYSELF as being perfectly imperfect! Sending love. So grateful for you and your youtube classes!!

+Justine Kim I'm so sorry to hear about your neck.  I was rear ended over the summer and since then my neck hasn't been happy with headstands either.  I've started to practice them more without my head on the floor.  I think it would be best for you to avoid headstands or practice them without your head on the floor.  Make sure your elbows don't go wider than shoulders distance apart and press down onto your forearms and elbows as you lift your shoulders so your can support your body with your arms and shoulders...not your head and neck. In a headstand, we should generally have 30% of the weight on our heads and 70% on the arms and shoulders.  I've been working with my doctor, a physical therapist, a rolfer and a chiropractor to help my neck. I think it's best to start with your doctor and see what he/she says....
