The single leg pushdowns on that assisted dip machine piss me off so much. I know people really need to use that dip and pullup machine and seeing someone sit on that for 30 minutes is by far the worst.

I love glute kickbacks. Ive never done them but I enjoy seeing good form, particularly from the ladies

Loading up the leg press and doing quarter reps is a waste

The sit up is a waste of time. I feel like it’s more endurance based. Its more effective to work the entire core as a whole. I focus on Dragon Flags, upside dwn deadlifts & Hangin Leg Raise To L Sit Raises.

This can be summarized... if the mind/muscle connection isn't there, and or correct contraction/activation you're either wasting all of the time... or you're just not doing it correctly. And don't ask any person for help...ask a professional that will actually help. Contrary to belief...your ego and pre-workout won't power you thru this... you'll get hurt.

I used to think handstand push-ups were stupid and a waste (think: CrossFit). Until I tried them and learned how immensely unstable I was and added 45lbs to my strict press in 1 year 😳. So I can’t say HSPU are worthless haha

deadlifts, squats, military press and anything that isnt ankle weights

I like the inner thigh machine cause my hip was too tight and I could squat heavy. Now I can squat up to 365

Honestly I feel like most people undertrain their abductors / adductors since I feel like most of us do no dedicated training at all. We'd probably all be better off doing the "good girl/bad girl" machine every now and then just so they don't completely lag behind your hip/knee extensor/flexor progress even if you won't be able to show off, say, your TFL

The booty machines upped my deadlifts by a lot. Any posterior chain exercise is a valid exercise in my book.

That thigh’s exercise machine took me by surprise. I started doing these to get the stretch and inner thighs warmed up b4 hack squats.

I hope these guys are right at 25 I’m switching over to full body workouts 3 days in a week with daily trigger sessions. Full body workouts better not waste my time .
