If you want a slimmer waist walk and watch what you eat. I walk 1 hour 40 min daily and eat right . I've lost 31 pounds this year

The best exercise for a smaller waist is push-backs away from the table; nothing else works.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but... Won't this make your waist wider and not slimmer? Since it's physically impossible to target stomach fat burn, only way to remove love handles for example is by lowering your general bodyfat by eating in a calorie deficit and working out your abdominal muscles will eventaully make them grow bigger. Obviously I'm not against doing excerices like this, I'm actually all for it is just that I feel like the title is a little misleading is all. Also english is my third language so pls don't shit on my grammar :)

You can strengthen your abs, but unless you burn more calories than you consume you will still have a fat middle. Shredding isn't the answer either as you will be a weak as a kitten. Do more eat less. It will take 3 to 6 months. It's all about changing your mind set and keeping it changed.

I used to work out in my 20's and 30's. I'm 50 now and my body doesn't twist and turn like that anymore. I've tried.

The video was not about losing weight, it was very clear in the title, “if you want a waist like this”… you are not gonna get the six pack and that “V” muscle on the front of your waist by watching what you eat and walking for an hour and 49 minutes. That’s gonna leave you with lose skin…

A long time ago I thought one will get results from ANY well performed exercise IF one ‘layered’ in an ‘yes, this WILL be good to do’ regularly’ ACTIVE thought process. I approach these exercises with such a frame of mind.. the effects are individual, of course, but try it.

Возможно начну издалека., , Разнес, , на работе колено.После долгого лечения и малоподвижного образа набрал лишний вес и эти самые, ,бока,,.В целях реабилитации врачи рекомендовали пешие прогулки.Но даже это на тот момент мне было не по силам.Задумался над вопросом и скачал Лесли Сансон ходьба на месте 3 мили.Начал заниматься.Сначала 15 мин., 20 и т.д. .Более менее колено восстановил.А теперь непосредственно к теме.Взяв эту программу за основную одел рюкзак 10 кг.На руки и ноги манжеты по 1 и 2 кг соответственно.И по новой начал с 15 мин повторяя за ней все движения.Цель была укрепить колено.Но как, ,побочное,,😊на глазах начал втягиваться живот и уходить бока.Сейчас доп.вес у меня больше, а физ.подготовка и внешний вид намного лучше чем до травмы колена.По сути занимаясь по этой программе почти полностью восстановил колено и привел в порядок внешний вид.И еще. Мне 49 лет.(для тех кто думает, что только молодые могут извлечь пользу от тренировок).

if you want a slimmer waist, be in a caloric deficit ... doesn't matter what cardio exercise you do.

Also if you’re not doing cardio, that fat picture in the beginning doesn’t go away.

I do most of these exercises and it definitely has made a difference in my waist size. Got a ways to go but im making great progress

Seit wann kann man den gezielt an bestimmten Körperpartien Fett abnehmen? Das Fett an der Taille entsteht zuerst und geht daher auch erst als letztes zurück.
