I like this one. My left shoulder has been giving me pain when I reach my left hand across my body to my right shoulder or try to hold any weight extended away from myself. I have tried for about a year to put as little strain on it as possible, but every time it start to feel better and I think I can start exercising again and putting strain on the left shoulder, the pain returns. I will try these exercises to see if I can build up some strength.

appreciate the info, I've been dealing with shoulder impingement for awhile now, 22 year old male, first got in when I started going heavy on the bench 300+ pounds, also incline bench really exacerbated the problem so I've been chest workout free for a few months and still have a residual pain in my shoulder. I previously had an injection from my orthopedic cousin but it has returned, so I guess this is my next option. Once again appreciate the video.

Great videos guys!  Last week your video on BPV cured my dizziness instantly (after several weeks of severe dizziness episodes).  Thanks!  Now it's time to try your rotator cuff exercises.  Apparently I have a labral tear and some partial tendon tears.

I like you guys, this exercise is important for weightlifter, because if weightlifters only train deltoid muscle, overtime there is an unbalance in your shoulder, and as the deltoid grow stronger and bigger in size, they tend to pull up your shoulder, and when they doing overhead movement, they could pinch their shoulder.
