I'll be doing this today instead of lifting weights. Got some shoulder pain going on. May have to take a break on the lifting to let it heal.

EL PASO MANUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY ... while I was scrolling on YT, this guy's video was next & I can't get over how much better I feel.!! He's a miracle to me. He has lots of videos showing U movements that work. I did the shoulder shrugs & the next day I'm over 95% pain-free & just about 💯% full range of motion. Good Luck & God bless 🙌🙏

10r x 3s, 5 exercises:
- band pull apart/external rotation (keep elbows still)
- band pull apart at face (“face pulls”?), moving elbows from straight ahead
- disco dance (D2 extension)
- upward rotation? elbows bend from your sides to above head
- upward shoulder press with bending elbow

I'm one more to the flock of "I did this and it worked like magic for me from day one". Jesus, wtf, following that video's exercises literally led me from bothersome pain in the front delts to pain free and even doing machine bench with a lighter weight TOTALLY PAIN FREE. Damn, thank you so much

hi doctor. please help me. i've been suffured on rotator cuff injury. i've been to doctor but it doesnt help me. i suffered this for more than 5 years when i play badminton (sport) please help me. imo, you're the most understandable doctor. sorry for my bad english🙏🏽😭 hope you can help me doctor. what things can i do to heal this kind of things. thanks doctor🙏🏽

I feel pain sometimes while i move my arm around like that in the beginning. I pretty have a pretty muscular build but my shoulders and back are definitely underdeveloped. When i reach my weight loss goal I plan on building muscle on all of my lacking limbs 💪🏼👍🏼

Ive had shoulder issues on and off ever since my early 20’s.
Ive been a mets just say a farm boy my whole life and I don’t have the luxury of time off to heal so I just have to favor my wounds and let them heal nsturally.
Also just by using them a lottle and working though the pain sometimes helps
My last bout with rotator cuff oain was 2 weeks ago where I cut and split a cord of oak on mothers day for my Daughters mother in law.
My shoulder was jacked up lretty bad a week after that and I had to unload the trailer, wheel barrow it up a backyard slope and stack it.
My shoulder and scapula and neck hirt so bad I thought it would never heal without surgery but I favored it for a couple days then decided to run my weedwacker around my property snd the next day my shoulder felt like it was actually healing up.
The pain was gong away and it feels so much better now.

Just finished my senior season gave it all I had caught every game it’s been around a month of rest and not throwing and stretching but the pain seems to only be getting worse I do not think lifting will help. It’s the inside of my shoulder where my pecs meet and I feel a pull the most when I put my hands straight above my head.

I have 3 tears one being in my bicep. The doctor says the only thing that will work is surgery. I tell him no every time. I can hardly lift my right arm in front of me. I am doing gentle exercises that help tremendously. Thank you for showing some exercises

Thank you Dr! I tore my rotate cuff doing flips and I ended up winging my shoulder out of place trying a double backfull. I freaked out and well shit I got fucked, thanks to your videos I am able to slowly gain strength, without surgery that I cannot afford.

I don’t know what kind of pain I have in my shoulder but it’s came to a point where I can pretty much pop my shoulder in and out

I dont het it, if its torn partially and never gets better why not do surgery instead of constantly working around it
