When I do that second one my injured shoulder pops and I can’t get the pain in my shoulder blade to stop aching

these are great but what if you dont have access to a gym…can you make a video for those modifications?

I would suggest to anybody with shoulder pain or a shoulder that feels deformed to only do these exercises if you have done the correct stretches for a week or so & make sure your shoulder actually feels better
