I have a pinched nerve in that exact area, either under my scapula or next to it, I can't live my everyday life with all the pain and inflammation that shoots up the neck causing migraines and a weak arm. Moving my scapula around melts away pain but comes back when I stop or sitting down. I hope my upcoming MRI tells me something more.

This goes against what pretty much every other rehab/pt channel says. If you’re moving your scapula, you’re using the upper back & rhomboids, which will take away emphasis from the external rotator muscles.
