The first few are not going to be great if you already are having more than mild-moderate pain. But the last several, done carefully, should be good & very helpful!!

For full benefits, you should keep your elbow glued to your ribs so that the shoulder is the one doing the majority of the work in opening and closing

Supraspinatis works only initial upto 40 degree abduction Only so no need to do upto 90 degree for supraspinatus abive 40 to 90 is deltoid medial works

And you get to go through 6 weeks of these P.T. exercises before they order the MRI that tells you it's a complete tear of the anterior & medial & you get to have surgery next week & repeat the P.T. process over.
