Glad to see that I was already doing 2 out of these! I tend to vary routines per day, but I feel that I could benefit a lot from a daily neck and shoulder routine to release the tension from my neck and avoid migraines more

This guy’s a total sensei. Almost every stretch he’s taught is a total relief to many of my muscles that are oftentimes ignored or undiscovered (?) !

I love the pancake stretch. I've been doing it regularly to help me achieve my middle split. Another is low lunge. Two of my favorites. Thank you for sharing Tom!
