You’re a great trainer. This workout hits all muscle groups. As a guy I would use heavier weights, but this workout is essentially the greatest way to spend 20 minutes. It gets the heart rate up AND it provides resistance training. I believe that designing a workout is an art form, the cadence, the moves, the music. It’s all spot-on.

I have to sayt his is my favorite HIIT workout. It kicks my butt but I love all the compound movements. I especially like the woodchop. AND - today, I was able to do all the hops in all the hoppy movements! Thanks, Heather for creating this workout!

This is a great workout! I prefer to have my own music playing through my earphones to keep me in the zone, so I love how I can see the timer and what exercise is next, without needing to listen! Thank you :)

I love Heather's workouts! As someone who gets bored super easy, I like how she has a lot of no repeat workouts. Her moves are simple enough to pick up right away but efficient enough that I always feel like I am being challenged. Even as someone who is not a sweater, I always get a good sweat on with her workouts.
