I'm starting my 8th decade next month! Wow! Exciting and frightening. Any way you can show modifications to some of the squats and lower body exercises? I can't go so low. I actually don't want to go that low so I can protect my knees. I love you guys and your videos. You two make me feel young. Thanks for that.
