I honestly started eating carrots because I was too broke for junk foods. Veggies are cheaper in my country. Tomatoes, oranges, onions and apples. I started eating them everyday and noticed that my hair was longer and thicker. And hardly any dandruff😮 Now I don't crave junk, my skin is glowing and hair is growing. I am so ashamed I have been damaging myself with junk.
On another note, my period came back after a 6 month absence.

2020 my vision was 3.75 right eye and 3.25 left eye for long vision. I started blending 4 carrots a day and taking out most of its potassium. I did it 150 days a year.. now its 2023 my right eye sight is 1.50 and left is 1.0. I also had many other vegetables and fruits blending.. remember how unhealthy i was before 2020

I don’t think that kind of vitamin A is toxic. It’s the animal kind that can be toxic. The retinol kind of the back of supplements.

Carrots contain beta-carotene, not preformed vitamin A: While beta-carotene is a precursor to vitamin A, the body efficiently regulates its conversion.
* Body's self-regulation: Your body is quite good at controlling how much vitamin A it produces from beta-carotene. It only converts what it needs.
