Realistically: in 2 weeks you’ll be sore, in 4 weeks it’ll be hard but getting easier, in 8 weeks you’ll see growth, and in about 12-16 weeks your close friends/family will notice, and in a year everyone will notice 😊(so pls don’t worry if this doesn’t apply to you, depending on where you started from and your intensity and consistency it’ll differ for people)

Actually it took me months to really see the progress in my body, everyone is diferent, so don't give up just because you don't see it in four weeks.

Its difficult to think about how i was in a really nice routine and feeling the best i had in years and then a bunch of bullshit happened in my life, and it was like a dominoe effect and i stopped working out and fasting and my sleep schedule got messed up. Its hard to think about all thats gone to waste and the time you cannot get back but this post reminds me i just need to start TODAY and in 2 months i will thank today's me. Your food content is nice too its got me thinking i really want to eat cleaner again. Theres a lot of delicious heathy options so idk why i get into this loop of eating junk but i have definitely been in a slump lately. And i am planning on getting out.

Found your channel back in June 2022 and I've never been more motivated to work out. Seeing my arm and leg muscles develop and grow is so satisfying and envigorating. Can't wait to go back to some of my favorite routines you have to see how much I've improved!

I’m a mom of 4! I’ve never been big but I’m 27, 5’5, and used to struggle with a food eating disorder. I found your channel after I started doing similar things a few months ago! So glad to see that I’m doing it right. I told myself I want to feel healthy and strong, not skinny weak and a size 0. I easily want to carry to loads of groceries while carrying a sleeping baby. And I can now 🫶🏻💪🏻 I feel SO much more feminine yet stronger, and confident! My husband has noticed the changes AND LOVES IT 😂❤ love seeing the mind shift in our generation to eating well, balanced and feeling actually healthy.
