Boxing for 4 years. I still remember my First Training. My whole body couldn’t move for 2 days. Haha. Nowadays I can hit the heavybag for 12 rounds with high speed without heavy breathing. It’s such a great sport

What I notice going from weightlifting to boxing is that my muscles were much more visible and I feel light but strong.
I haven't been sick since 2020.

Boxing everyday changes your body and mind completely. My hands speed is alot faster, and I'm always alert because whenever you spar you are always alert. And the most important thing was my confidence and being fearless increased alot after I got good in boxing.

I can tell you. If you throw your jab or any punch correctly all day every day for years, you can do it as smooth and easy as blinking. Same for your footwork and balance if you're doing them correctly. You can burn calories but great Boxing is about wasting no movement and burning as little energy as possible.

Honestly one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Rewarding even on the days when i didn't really feel like going, but ended up going anyway

I'm 29 and have been boxing for 2 months and I could say there's a slight improvement on my cardiovascular and strength. Glad I wasn't too late to start boxing.

Been involved in muay thai for 15 years ... The physical changes that happen to your body is incredible, your stamina goes through the roof, you get into the best shape of your life, perfect amount of lean muscle mass and shredded combination, great thickness around the shoulders and forearms, thighs, calves, and core 6 pack abs if not 8, the fast twitch muscles are just popping out of you, you almost look like an action figure, and its all practical muscle not just asthetics, meaning along with the skills you get you get faster, you develop serious power when you throw enough to cause serious damage ... my shins are so conditioned at this point i can break someones knee cap with a kick without feeling a thing due to the microfractures of bone that keep breaking and layering my shins as they heal, years of that will create really strong shins, its like another layer of bone that forms around your shins which is why pro muay thai fighters can hit bone on bone without any problems, after 15 years of dedication to the sport i kick incredibly hard, i can swing a 250 pound heavy bag with round houses for hours and feel nothing ... my body is a finely tuned war machine that if need be will go to work, i feel great all throughout the week when i stay consistent, great mood, great appetite, great sleep ... three of the most vital things you need to live a happy healthy life, combine that with clean eating and you're an unstoppable force not to be reckoned with.

After an injury I had on my right knee I gained so much weight, I then started going to my uncles boxing training camp and lost over 35 pounds in 3-4 months. I trained for an hour 3 times a week and I started eating only when I was hungry, not when I was bored or when I saw other eat. The results were great but the injury on my knee didn’t allow me to keep training. I found out I have a meniscus tear and I was told not to lift or carry heavy stuff and that i might need surgery. I had to quit my uncles camp and It really sucks because I feel like I let him down after giving me an opportunity. I know it’s not his or my fault but damn I loved boxing.

I spent a little over a year doing cardio for 30 minutes, weight lifting for about an hour, and then 30 minutes of kickboxing afterwards. Did it about 5 days a week. My body was a shredded. I struggle to put on muscle and never get very muscular, but this combo was the best thing I could ever do for myself. My body was so lean and cut! I loved that combination.

I boxed competitively for years and ran 5 miles multiple times a week as a warm up. All this made my lungs incredible, even know the doctors tell me my lungs are beautiful.

Been doing regular boxing training for a year now. I've lost weight, my fitness is much better, and it's helped my mental health. Havent done sparring or fights yet, I'm happy rn to just do the training.

When I first hit the heavy bag, I couldn't even last 5 mins without losing breath and feeling pain in my lower back and chest area. I used to weigh around 110kg and didn't like the way I looked. Until I took my nutrition and training seriously, I lost 22kg, and now I'm able to hit the heavy bag without being significantly exhausted. I still haven't reached my fat loss goal, but boxing sure has helped me put the weight off. I've had a lot of people compliment me on my power in the gym, which I didn't realise I had😅 It's funny when u lose weight a lot of people treat u differently.

I used to play basketball. Played my whole life all the way up to the collegiate level. After college I no longer desired to play basketball. I took an interest in bodybuilding. After bodybuilding for several years I got tired of feeling heavy and bulky and slow and stiff. I missed being an athlete. I still had no desire to play basketball again so I decided to try boxing. Boxing was the best decision of my life. I've never been in better shape. It's the best sport. Even though I am past my prime to start fighting for real, the heavy bag and sparring is so much fun! If only I would've started boxing when I was younger rather than playing basketball.
