Wow, your one rep max form is great! Many people let their form fail to get a PR but yours looked fantastic. Well done!

THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THE WEIGHT IN KILOS!!! i occasionally see videos like this and have no idea how much someone is actually lifting because i’m not confident with the unit of measurement

I like how he mentions that the weights look bigger than they actually are. And that his form looks perfect, imo. Respect! Love his content.

As he’s laughing he almost fell backwards into the drywall 😂

Stay flexy and stay safe. Don't necessarily jump right into everything. Super glad to see you transition to weights as part of your videos. I'm interested.

I used to do advanced strength training in highschool and as a woman with hypermobile joints I’m pretty sure it ruined my knees and shoulders in all honesty because I was training the same way these big football guys were, rather than doing supportive training to keep my joints safe. So now as a 29 year old, my knees and shoulders creak like a 200 year old log cabin. I’m slowly working to getting my flexibility back after knee and shoulder surgeries, so I’m enjoying these videos. Keep it up.

Ok, you're in my yard now. Remember that the deadlifting should not be a low back movement. Currently your knees are shooting back and your ass is shooting up, then you are doing most of the lift with your low back.

It's low weight and you're crazy flexible so you probably won't hurt yourself, but something to work on as you progress.

Stay strong!

Everyone starts somewhere. Keep going and I'm sure you will become strong!

235 for reps is fantastic for what seems like very little previous experience doing deadlifts. Keep it up and you'll be cracking 400 in no time!

Hey dog! Good form so far but there's a few things I see that you can fix. The main thing is to "sit" into your deadlift a little bit more so your chest is up and your lower back is tight and mostly vertical. This'll allow you to drive with your legs a lot more and limit the risk of back injuries. Try it and feel the difference in fluidity and strength!

Flexibility and strength at the ends of range of motion is a huge bonus in the Olympic lifts, I'm looking forward to seeing you learn the snatch too!

I don’t know why but this makes me feel strong. Your an incredible athlete and you are crushing it. Our DL PRs are close and I think that’s awesome.
